We install Zabitat™ hurricane-resistant impact glass, available in a variety of styles and sizes. Click below to view their options and pricing. This link is pre-filtered for impact glass in the correct sizes for all Lennar multi-family homes. (Note that prices do not reflect sales tax, (or crating /delivery which is about $100.) We’ll place the order and have it delivered to us—so you don’t have to uncrate or trash the wooden pallet/boxing.
SAME-DAY INSTALLATION
Installation is same-day onsite. We’ll remove the old, install the new, clean up and touch up.
Order/delivery of the window glass takes 4 weeks, plus about 4 weeks for HOA approval. However, you can order the window and submit for HOA approval at the same time to speed things up by a month. But be aware that all window orders are final and non-refundable.

DOOR HANDLES for HEAVY SLIDERS
This quick and economical upgrade makes life easier, especially in-season when we’re in and out of the lanai. The handles fit your existing installation, so there’s no drilling of new holes.
PRICING is $50 for one, and $30 for each additional.
KITCHEN CUPBOARD DRAWER UNITS
Retrieving items from the back of a stationary lower cupboard is so ‘70s. We can update yours with undermount sliding soft-close drawers. The completed unit is built in the workshop and gets installed as one inserted piece—so installation is really fast with no mess.
PRICING: Choose from two drawers as shown for $250; or three drawers for $325. The depth of each drawer is up to you, to best suit your kitchen organization.

CONVERT BAY CREEK CLOSET
TO A WINE BAR (coffee bar, shelving… )
Bay Creek dining rooms have a narrow storage closet with bi-fold doors that can be converted to a bar or more attractive storage space. This includes custom shelving, a wine fridge, a drawer and lighting. If you’d prefer a lower cabinet instead of a fridge, such as a coffee bar or display case with glass shelves—that’s do-able too. You can choose the type of natural wood or paint color to match your room’s style.
The cabinet, all framing, wood countertop and drawer are constructed in Brian’s workshop, to make installation faster and cleaner. The fridge is from Wayfair. The entire cabinet is fully framed, so no textured side walls or ceiling.
